Techniflow was previously the engineering and product development service of Valley Inspired Products, LLC. In 2003, VIP was split into two companies to allow independent growth of each service. VIP continues to provide respiratory product testing, market research, education and clinical positioning. In 2004, company founder Peter Bliss became involved with the startup of medical device manufacturer OxyTec Medical Corporation. OxyTec developed a portable oxygen concentrator for ambulatory use by respiratory patients. In 2006, OxyTec was acquired by Respironics Inc. Currently, Techniflow is a dormant company.
